Programme on Management of NPA, Risk and Recovery

Target Participants: Manager/ Officers/ Assistants/ Supervisors of ARDBs and WBSCARD Bank Ltd.

Objective of the Programme: The programme is aimed to create a workforce with the participant ARDB employees who can efficiently formulate a sustainable strategy for recovery management for their bank in order to reduce the Credit Risk and keep check on the rising NPA. The teaching method of this programme is based on the practical experiences of both the learners and the trainers and solely Case Exercise and Group Discussion oriented.
